Podusert fra ca 1900 og frem til ca 1920. Helt til ganske nylig var det mulig å få kjøpt ny-produserte kopier av ruller fra et omfattende eksisterende bibliotek med melodier på papirruller.  Instrumentet «pumpes» med et håndtak på høyre side, samtidig som belgen åpnes og lukkes for å lage lyd. Til tross for svinghjul og sentrifugalregulator er det svært vanskelig å holde jevn takt.

Produced mainly between 1900 and 1920. Until recently it was possible to order copies of old rolls from an extensive library. The instrument is “pumped” with a handle on the right hand side, while the bellows are opened and closed to make sound. But despite flywheel and centrifugal regulator it is very difficult to keep time.
